These groups are designed to provide information and and support to help women make an informed decision about their upcoming birth after a previous Caesarean Section
This is the first of our sessions and is designed to be attended at 24-28 weeks of pregnancy.

This session is run online. You will be receive an email from TryBooking the day before your group with the link and further information.
Session 1 is designed to be attended between 24-28 weeks of pregnancy. It is for all women whose previous birth was their first caesarean section, and will discuss the benefits and risks of a VBAC to assist women to make a decision about their next birth.
Session 2 is designed to be attended between 34-38 weeks of pregnancy to provide specific information regarding the process of a VBAC, as well as postnatal recovery and what to expect.
* If a decision has been made to have an elective caeserean section you are not required to attend this session
