About

What will be your New Year's resolution for 2026? Whether it's connecting with nature, prioritising your health, learning something new, or setting goals for the year, Library Services has got you covered! Join us for our free "Jump-start January" workshop series at the Libraries.

Natalie Woodman is a local Nutritional Medicine and Gut Health Practitioner, who discovered the power of the gut microbiome whilst studying nutrition. Through her research, Natalie found that whether it's metabolism, immunity, mood, skin, digestion - all of it starts in the gut. By rebalancing your gut microbiome, you can transform your entire body and mind.

Armed with this knowledge, Natalie went on to transform her own body and mind, became the author of the best-selling book "Gut Health Recipe Compendium", and creator of the GutStrong Method. Join us at Mills Park Library for Natalie's presentation on resetting your gut health, followed by a Q&A.

Adults only.

Bookings are essential, and open to the public from the 19th of December 2025.
