BikeFlow Academy is rolling for Term 4 2026
Academy is for young novice to intermediate riders looking to progress their technical singletrack skills, connect with riding buddies & explore the rugged Coast trails & terrain
✅Trail skills including body position, trail scanning, cornering, rolldowns, drops, jumps
✅ Bike setup inc. suspension
✅ Strength & fitness
✅ Aligned to PMBIA & Auscycling Level 1
Full Term 4 bundle of 8 sessions inc. bike service.
Motivated MTB Parents/carers welcome to join also!
BikeFlow head coach Matt Harrington is PMBIA, Aus Cycling and Neuroleadership accredited with 30 years global guiding, racing & coaching experience. Junior Coach Indi Bradberry is PMBIA accredited. Working with children certs in place.
Waiver (acknowledgement of risk) & medical information required for all participants.
