Giving birth and becoming a parent is a transformative experience, and preparing for postpartum is a fantastic way to provide the smoothest transition into new journey into the unknown. The postpartum period encompasses many aspects such as healing for the birthing woman, practical aspects about caring for a child and the impact on your daily life, relationship changes and matrescence - the radical transformation the birthing woman experiences which involves body, mind and hormonal changes.
