Mother & Daughter Bonding Day is a beautiful one-day experience designed for mums and daughters aged 7–14 to pause, connect, and enjoy quality time together.
Held on Sunday 27th September from 10am to 3pm,
Sophia Centre 225 Cross Road, Cumberland Park
The day is all about strengthening your bond, creating shared memories, and enjoying a nurturing, fun and supportive environment.
Throughout the day, mums and daughters will take part in
gentle yoga,
calming sound bowls,
a hands-on cooking class,
and creative crafting activities.
It’s a chance to slow down, laugh together, try something new, and take home not only special keepsakes, but memories that will last well beyond the day itself.
