Matilda The Musical

Queenwood is proud to present Matilda, the award-winning musical by Tim Minchin and Dennis Kelly, based on the beloved novel by Roald Dahl.
We warmly invite our Queenwood community, families and friends to join us for a wonderful evening of musical theatre as our talented students bring this much-loved story to life.
Inspired by Roald Dahl’s iconic character, Matilda the Musical tells the story of Matilda Wormwood, a brilliant and imaginative young girl who discovers the power of courage, kindness and standing up for what is right. With unforgettable music, humour, heart and a celebration of the extraordinary potential within every child, this production is a joyful experience for audiences of all ages.
Featuring talented performers, dedicated cast and crew, creative direction, choreography, costumes and a passionate production team, this year’s musical showcases the incredible commitment, teamwork and creativity of our students.
Come along and support Queenwood’s young performers as they share their hard work and passion for the performing arts in this spectacular production.

 

The Saturday 7.00pm performance will include pre-show drinks available from 6pm on the Astra mezzanine.
