The Grand Prix Elite Contemporary Masterclass – Gold Coast brings the Grand Prix Elite Experience to the Gold Coast for two exclusive contemporary masterclasses led by Krista King-Doherty and Juliet Doherty.

Designed for dedicated young dancers, each masterclass will focus on contemporary technique, movement quality, musicality, artistry and performance, encouraging dancers to expand their movement vocabulary while developing confidence and individuality.

TWO MASTERCLASSES

12 & Under
A dynamic contemporary masterclass designed to develop technique, coordination, musicality and expressive movement.

13 & Over
An advanced contemporary masterclass exploring technique, movement quality, artistry and performance with a professional approach to training.

WORK WITH KRISTA & JULIET

Krista King-Doherty is an internationally acclaimed teacher and award-winning choreographer, and a four-time recipient of YAGP’s Outstanding Choreographer Award. Her work has been presented at leading competitions and festivals internationally, as well as on NBC’s World of Dance.

Juliet Doherty is a two-time YAGP International Finals Gold Medalist with an international career spanning dance, film and education. She teaches and choreographs for pre-professional dancers, companies and universities around the world.

Together, Krista and Juliet are committed to providing meaningful mentorship, individual attention and professional insight, creating an environment where emerging artists are encouraged to challenge themselves, explore their individuality and elevate their performance.
