Greer Castle is an emerging Soul/Jazz vocalist originally from Te Whanganui-a-Tara, Aotearoa, who before her move to Sydney, had become one of the most compelling new voices in the Wellington music scene. Known for her standout vocals, clever lyricism, and warm, magnetic stage presence, Greer blends rich jazz sensibilities with soulful storytelling beyond her years.
Her rising profile was accelerated by winning Best Vocalist at the National Rockquest Finals 2025, alongside being a seven-time Play It Strange Finalist, achievements that have firmly established her as a young artist to watch.
Greer has already graced some of New Zealands’s most beloved stages, including performances at the Wellington Jazz Festival and Wellington City Council’s Gardens Magic. Her artistry has also been recognised nationwide, earning multiple awards at youth jazz festivals across Aotearoa.
With a voice that captivates and a creative vision that continues to grow, Greer Castle is poised to make a lasting impact on the Australasian music landscape.
