About
Whether you’re both neurodivergent, one partner is, or you’re navigating the beautiful complexity of different neurotypes together—this workshop is built for you.
We know that neurodivergent relationships come with their own rhythm, communication style, and strengths.
This isn’t about “fixing” anything. It’s about understanding each other more deeply, building shared language, and developing practical skills that honour how you both think, feel, and connect.
What You’ll Learn
Neurodivergent communication styles – How ADHD, autism, and other neurotypes show up in relationships (and why that matters)
Shared language & understanding – Tools to bridge the gap between different ways of processing, expressing needs, and showing love
Relationship skills for neurodivergent couples – Practical strategies for conflict, emotional safety, and intimacy that actually work for how your brain works
Emotional safety & nervous system regulation – How to support each other’s regulation and create a relationship that feels calm and grounded
Action planning – Leave with a personalised plan for your relationship, tailored to both of your needs
