SFX Presents: Much Ado About Nothing: Villa Edition

Shakespeare’s beloved comedy gets a reality-TV makeover! Set in The Villa, a glamorous dating show where contestants compete for love, fame and followers, Much Ado About Nothing: Villa Edition blends classic Shakespearean wit with influencer culture, romance, rivalries and outrageous misunderstandings. Performed by the talented students of St Francis Xavier College, this fresh and hilarious adaptation proves that some dramas never go out of style.

Tickets are $22 for students and $27.50 for adults (incl. GST). For performances that are not sold out in advance, tickets will also be available for purchase at the door.

Guests will be able to purchase light snacks and drink only during the interval. No food and drink allowed inside the Theatre.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or changes permitted under any circumstances.

This production contains themes of romance, deception, misunderstandings and social relationships. The script includes occasional mild language and references consistent with the original Shakespearean text and its modern adaptation. Presented in a school-appropriate context.

• Friday, 11 September (Show 3 - Junior Cast) - 7pm - 9.30pm

• Saturday, 12 September (Final Performance - Junior Cast) - 7pm - 9.30pm
