Selected as one of only 20 young athletes from across Australia to wear the green and gold, this achievement reflects years of dedication, perseverance and hard work.
This will be Jacob's third time representing Australia. He previously competed at the 2023 WBSC U12 Baseball World Cup in Taiwan and was a member of the Australian team that qualified for this year's World Cup at the 2025 U15 Oceania Championships in Guam. Each selection is a testament to his commitment, resilience and passion for the game.
Anyone who knows Jacob knows how much baseball means to him. Countless hours have been spent training, travelling, competing and continually striving to improve his game. Representing Australia has always been one of his greatest goals, and he is incredibly proud to once again have the opportunity to compete against the world's best young baseball players.
