This is a mental health workshop for those in the Campbelltown area who are involved in Christian ministry and is open to church leaders, workers and volunteers. Whether you have heard the trauma stories of others, or you support others who have, this workshop is for you. Learn what trauma is, how hearing the stories of others can affect you and some strategies you can use to care for yourself. There will also be an opportunity for you to participate in small group discussions on ways in which local churches can better support those in these ministries.
Morning tea and lunch will be provided, but please bring your own picnic lunch and take the opportunity to network with people from other churches during this time.
