We are so excited to be continuing the tradition of the Frederick Irwin Anglican School Year 6 Graduation Party, which has been organised by parents and class co-ordinators through the years. Please be mindful that this is a parent organised event, and that Frederick Irwin Anglican School do not fund, host or become actively involved. As volunteer parents organising this not-for-profit event, using this online system helps us to manage payments securely, collect contact details and dietary requirements and save valuable time so we can focus on creating a memorable night for our year 6 students. Parent support in making this a successful night is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Event Details
➢ Date: Saturday 28th November 2026
➢ Venue: Mandurah Country Club
➢ Start Time: Red carpet arrival, student portrait photographs & sign in 5:30pm
➢ Finish Time: Pick up 9pm sharp
➢ Cost: $90 per student
Ticket Inclusions
Supervision: This is a “Drop and Leave” and “Device-free” event. Each student will need to be signed in and out by a designated parent or guardian. The student must remain within the venue for the duration of the event. Students will be supervised by a team of parent volunteers (including the co-ordinators). Digital devices such as mobile phones and cameras will not be permitted. Siblings are also not invited, this is for year 6 students only.
Children in attendance are expected to maintain the school’s rules and core values. In the event of unacceptable social behaviour, the student’s parent or guardian will be contacted to collect them from the event.
Catering: A buffet style dinner and dessert will be offered to students. All food allergies and/or religious restrictions will be catered to. Please let us know in advance, you will be asked to specify dietary requirements as part of the ticket purchasing process.
Entertainment: Music (DJ), photobooth and PowerPoint presentation of student images.

Photography: All students will have a portrait style photo taken upon arrival, as well as a group photo and roaming photography throughout the evening. Photos will be made available by the photographer via a closed link for families to access after the event. If you want to share any of these photos on social media, you will need to have permission from every parent or guardian of each student as there may be students present who do not give permission for photos to be shared across these platforms.
Gift: Each student will receive a momento gift at the event!
Terms & Conditions of ticket purchase:
I/We understand that this event is organised and run by parent volunteers, not by Frederick Irwin Anglican School.
Despite the above, I/we understand that children in attendance are expected to maintain the school’s rules and core values, and that, in the event of unacceptable social behaviour, the child’s parent or guardian will be contacted to collect them from the event.
I/We and my/our child are aware that any electronic devices (mobile phones/cameras) are not permitted at the event. If found, it will be confiscated and returned to the child at the end of the evening.
I/We recognise that the event catering is by the Mandurah Country Club, and that all dietary requirements will be catered for as long as notice is provided well in advance.
This is a non-refundable ticket. Tickets cannot be transferred.
