Welcoming Week in the Libraries
Welcoming Week is an annual celebration that connects neighbours of all backgrounds, encouraging connection and belonging. Across September, Central Coast Council is celebrating Neighbourhood by inviting you to discover something new close to home.
The Neighbourhood Exchange invites you to meet local artists and community members for hands-on workshops including printing, weaving, origami and more, where families can learn new skills, share stories and make something together.
Pattern play with Oolah Studio
Come and play with pattern and print in this playful, hands-on workshop. Kids and grown-ups will use a collection of pre-cut geometric blocks to arrange shapes and choose colours, hand block printing their own unique pattern designs.
Ages 6-12 years with adult present during the event
