St Thomas Class of 2026 - Grade 6 Graduation Party

This is a family event!

Parents and siblings are encouraged to attend to celebrate your Grade 6 milestone together.
Bring a footy, bring a picnic rug, and enjoy this family celebration.

Farm Dog Brewery Estate is a family-friendly venue and welcomes families.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the event.

Pricing:

• Grade 6 children -  $35 per child (includes food, venue hire, decorations and gift bags)
• Siblings - $15 (includes food)

Important Information:

• All children's food must be prepaid via the Trybooking system, including any dietary requirements
• Booking cut off date is 1 December 2026 (Farmdog require final number by this date)
• Children must be accompanied by a parent or adult at all times — no drop-off or pick-up
• Although this is a private function outside school, we expect all children and adults to demonstrate respectful and kind behaviour that reflects our school values.
• Disrespectful, disruptive and physical behaviour from any attendee (children and adults) is not acceptable
• Adults are responsible for supervising their own children at all times.
• Excessive alcohol consumption is not permitted — any adult who is intoxicated will be asked to leave immediately. No illegal substances are permitted. Damage to the venue or property will be the responsibility of the person who caused it.

Student Pricing Breakdown:

The $35 per student ticket is broken down as follows: $15.00 covers pizza and chips to share, $10.00 covers venue hire at Farm Dog, and $10.00 covers decorations, dance floor, music, photo booth and gift bags for our graduates.

We have 66 students in Year 6 but based our pricing on 50 attendees to account for families unable to attend. The $500 venue hire is divided evenly across all tickets purchased.

Photography and Photo Booth:

We will have a photo booth operating during the event. If you do not want your child to participate or have their photo taken, please advise at booking. If your child does not wish to have their photo taken on the night, they can opt out at any time, no pressure. Personal photography is permitted for family use only. Please respect other families' privacy and do not post photos of other children online without permission.

Terms & Conditions:

• Each student must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the event. Please ensure at least one adult ticket is purchased per student booking.
• Cancellations must be made at least two weeks before the event  (1 December 2026) — any cancellations within two weeks of the event will not be refunded.
