Join Wagyouth for a three-day study tour designed to give young Wagyu professionals hands-on exposure to genetics, feedlotting, meat science, and career development across the supply chain — putting our mission of building the next generation of Wagyu leaders in business, leadership, and supply chain development into action.
Thursday 17 September — Genetics Day

Visit to Sunnyside Wagyu, followed by a visit to 3D Genetics. Delegates will see genetics and breeding programs in action, gaining insight into the tools shaping the future of Wagyu breeding.
Friday 18 September — MLA & UNE Feedlot & Meat Science Day

A session hosted by Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA), followed by a tour of the University of New England (UNE) and a session with Peter McGilchrist, Professor in Meat Science. This will be an open informative session. 
Saturday 19 September — Trent Bridge Tour & Career Development Day

(Included in full registration, also available as a standalone ticket). 

Visit to Trent Bridge for a session with Charlie Perry and Oli Le Viere from Humans of Agriculture, exploring the Trent Bridge Wagyu operation. The day continues with a career development and communication session, equipping delegates with practical skills to grow their careers in the Wagyu industry. (Dinner not included for Saturday night)
