FHS March for Mental Fitness – Power Off to Power Up

On Thursday 10 September at 7.00am, our community will switch off our phones, step onto the Frankston High School Oval and come together to walk 24 laps in support of mental fitness and the impact social media can have on mental health.
This student-led event is proudly supporting SmackTalk, a local not-for-profit organisation tackling important issues including the impact of social media on mental health, sextortion and suicide prevention. Having delivered more than 110 presentations and reached over 10,000 people, SmackTalk is already making a meaningful difference in our community.
Now, we want to help them take that impact even further.
Our goal is to bring our community together, start important conversations and support SmackTalk's ongoing work.
