Strengthen your approach to interpreting panoramic (OPG) and intraoral radiographs through expert instruction and interactive clinical cases.

Two registration options are available:

FRIDAY — $600

TIER 1 only: Panoramic and Intraoral Radiographs training

Delegates will attend the Oral Health Conference 2027 morning program including the clinical breakout session and morning tea and lunch breaks before joining the dedicated Tier 1 Panoramic and Intraoral Radiographs training radiology training for the remainder of the afternoon. Afternoon tea is also provided.

The session will cover:

• Radiologic anatomy and identification of abnormalities
• Limitations and imaging artefacts
• Principles of radiologic interpretation
• Radiologic features of dento-alveolar lesions

FRIDAY (TIER 1) & SATURDAY (TIER 2) COMPLETE PROGRAM — $1,450

TIER 1: Panoramic and Intraoral Radiographs training & Tier 2 Advanced Radiologic Interpretation

This option includes everything in the Friday program, followed by a full day of advanced Tier 2 Radiologic Interpretation training on Saturday at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne. Saturday lunch is included.

The advanced course will cover:

• A structured approach to interpreting jaw lesions
• Diagnostic and advanced imaging modalities
• Interactive radiologic case reviews
• Selection of additional imaging investigations
• Appropriate referral pathways

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION 

The Saturday course builds directly on the Friday training and cannot be booked separately.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Clinical Professor Bernard Koong is an oral and maxillofacial radiologist, internationally recognised educator and author of the Atlas of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. He has delivered more than 200 invited lectures to dental and medical professionals worldwide and has extensive experience teaching oral and maxillofacial radiology at universities in Australia and internationally.
