Our 1st show back from doing a run of September Shows in ACT/SYDNEY/CENTRAL COAST (NSW).
Phil & Trudy are both Singers, Songwriters and multi-instrumentalist. Performing together throughout Australia, UK, Europe and the USA. They encapsulate the dynamics of a great partnership on both a musical and a personal level. Throw in a little humour and interaction with the audience and the result is a show that draws the listener into a new exciting place.

Phil's Weissenborn, Acoustic, Resophonic Guitars/Vocals) British Folk/Roots songwriting & music style infused with Trudy's (Acoustid Guitar/Ukelele/Peruvian Drum/Voca;s) melting pot of cultures.

Phil has released 3 albums to date, 'This Life' (2005), 'Then and Now' (2007) and 'In the Blood' (2011). Trudy first solo album 'I Am Here' (Sept 2024). Phil and Trudy's duo album, 'OnePlusOneEqualsThree' (2014) and 'Ain't Over Yet' (2025) is their current work.

OPELOUSAS

Melbourne’s swamp-blues powerhouse Opelousas showcase the interplay between Kerri Simpson’s visceral vocals and powerfully raw electric guitar and baritone guitar, Anthony “Shorty” Shortte’s hypnotic grooves and swamp-soaked percussion, and Alison Ferrier’s menacing electric guitar, keening amplified fiddle and sultry vocal tones. They serve up a spicy stew of brooding atmospheric and pulsating rhythms straight out of the belly of the blues, with a piquant smattering of rock ‘n’ roll energy and punk attitude that ain't cooked “over easy”.

Multi-award-winners, Opelousas have a unique and hauntingly hypnotic take on blues and rock that will leave you mesmerised. The rhythms and songwriting of Opelousas seep right into your bloodstream and their powerful performances leave punters crying out for more.
