Welcome to the 2026 CRL Servers' Formation Program. This live-in retreat will be from Friday 13 - Sunday 15 November 2026.

PROGRAM LOGISTICS
Arrival times:
Check-in: 5:00pm onwards on Friday 13 November
Check-out: by 5:00pm on Sunday 15 November
Cost:
$280 per adult
$220 per child
The cost includes shared accommodation and all meals (dinner on Friday until afternoon tea on Sunday).
The formation program is designed as a live-in retreat, which provides the full benefit of the program. However, if you are unable to stay overnight and wish to attend as a daily participant, the costs are as follows:
$150 per adult
$110 per child
The above includes meals.
Accommodation:
Groups or families of 4+ people will receive their own private room.
Bookings of fewer than 4 people will be in shared accommodation. However, if you would prefer a private room, an additional $115 fee applies. Please select “Private Room” when booking.
Childcare will be available throughout the program.
