DOGS MUST BE ON LEASHES AND CATS MUST BE IN CARRIERS.

1. 3 (three) pets only per household - each pet to be booked as a separate appointment. 
2. Absolutely no litters will be accepted. 
3. You must be a Hawkesbury or Penrith LGA resident (ID will be confirmed) 
4. You must be the holder of a concession card to be eligible (card to be sighted on the day)
