Father's Day with AJ Stanton + Pixie Minerva

“Mature with a grain of madness”, AJ Stanton's live shows are raw, eccentric, and captivating. AJ's unapologetically quirky, honest, raw songwriting and lyricism marks her as one of the standout singer songwriters of her generation. With influences from bedroom-pop, indie, jazz and folk, AJ has been songwriting since the age of four and is a poet at heart, writing music that is spontaneous, curious and rich with emotion. 

Active in the local music scene as a solo singer/ songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist, AJ is also band member of psychedic rock band Large Mirage, having played some of the biggest venues and festivals in the country and supported rock Gods such as AC/DC. AJ is looking forward to entertaining you this Father's Day at Rossco's.

Pixie Minerva is a 14-year-old Filipino-Australian indie jazz-pop singer-songwriter from the Central Coast of New South Wales. Homeschooled from a young age, she developed a distinct musical style—which she playfully calls the 'pixie genre'—that blends indie-pop, folk, and jazz elements. She began her career busking at local markets and has since released independent singles like 'i don't know' and 'i think,' earning airplay on triple j and building a strong local following.
