Part 1: Online e-learning
Pre-requisite e-learning campaigns 1, 2 and 3 are compulsory and must be completed prior to attending the workshop day. Certificates must be produced on the day for verification purposes. Access the pre-requisite online courses at: https://learning.advancecareplanning.org.au
Part 2: Workshop (face to face)
This face to face workshop is designed to enhance advance care planning knowledge, focusing on how to have the conversation in a practical and interactive way.
