MakerSpace: Christmas textile series for adults at Gosford

Discover a new creative hobby in this four-week beginner-friendly MakerSpace Christmas series. Across four hands-on workshops, participants will explore circular weaving and a variety of beginner crochet techniques, building confidence with yarn, tools and textile crafts along the way.

Each session focuses on a different festive project, with the full series providing an opportunity to develop skills progressively while creating four unique take-home creations.

Group 1

• Thursday 15 October – Basics of circular weaving
• Thursday 22 October – Learn to crochet a basic granny square
• Thursday 29 October – Easy crochet jewellery
• Thursday 5 November – Crochet Christmas decorations

Group 2

• Thursday 12 November – Basics of circular weaving
• Thursday 19 November – Learn to crochet a basic granny square
• Thursday 26 November – Easy crochet jewellery
• Thursday 3 December – Crochet Christmas decorations

Each session runs from 5.30-7pm

Ages 18+ years
