Flourish is a wellness day created for women in business to step away from the everyday, refill their own cup and connect with like-minded women.
This is not another business conference or a day of back-to-back presentations.
It is an opportunity to slow down, reflect, connect and explore what it really means to build a business and life that feels sustainable, fulfilling and successful - on your own terms.

A guided grounding exercise followed by an interactive open discussion and collective brainstorm exploring success, business, clients, wellbeing and the realities of working in a caring profession.
Mid-Morning | Nourishing the Practitioner
A wellbeing and nutrition-focused session designed to support the person behind the business.
Lunch | Nourish & Connect
Enjoy a delicious lunch and the opportunity to connect with other like-minded women.
Mid-Afternoon | Marketing & Social Media
Hear from a marketing and social media expert offering practical tips & insights on navigating social media, marketing fatigue and online prescence.
Afternoon | Lessons From Practice
