We are delighted to invite you to celebrate the achievements of the Class of 2026 at our Valedictory Dinner.

​Please allow time for parking and transport

• Carpooling with other families or Uber is recommended
• Paid parking is available at Albert Park (approx $7.50 flat rate after 6PM)
• Approx 30 car spaces are available at the rowing shed car park next to the venue
• Additional parking available along Lakeside Drive & Albert Park Golf Course
• Ticket inspectors patrol the area regularly

 

• $152 per ticket – includes a 3-course meal, soft drinks, DJ & dance floor, professional photographer, speeches, and awards. 

  Please note, this is an alcohol-free event. A soft drink and juice package is included in the ticket price, and alcohol will not be available for purchase.

• TryBooking ticket sales will close at 11:59 PM on Wednesday, 7 October 2026. To meet the venue’s deadline for final numbers, the booking link will automatically close after this time.

• Any late ticket requests must be emailed to events@elwood.vic.edu.au and will be placed on a waitlist. Waitlisted tickets will only be offered if another guest is unexpectedly unable to attend. Please note we cannot guarantee availability, so families are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets before the deadline. 

• Each graduating student may purchase a maximum of 3 tickets:

  • 1 for the graduating student (required), and

  • Up to 2 for parents/guardians.
     

If families would like to:

• Allocate one of the two guest tickets to an alternative adult (18+), or

• Request an additional ticket

These requests must be submitted in writing and approved before the TryBooking deadline and prior to purchasing any ticket.

Unapproved tickets will be cancelled, and refunds may not be provided.

• Tables seat 8-10 people comfortably, 11 people max. (approx. 3 families).

• Families can nominate one graduating student as Table Captain.

• When booking via TryBooking:

  • Select “I have a table preference.”

  • Enter the full name of the nominated Table Captain.

• If no preference is entered, students and families will be placed on tables by organisers.

 

Formal attire for students and families.
 

Please include any allergies/intolerances when booking.
 

A professional photographer will be capturing candid moments throughout the evening. Photos will be made available for families free of charge via Compass. Some images may also be shared on Elwood College social media platforms.

If you do not wish for your image to be published, or if your student does not currently have media permissions but you would like their photos included, please email events@elwood.vic.edu.au.

Please note the College is financially and contractually committed to a minimum number of attendees for this event. Once a ticket is purchased, refund requests will only be considered on a case-by-case basis. We encourage families to carefully consider their circumstances before purchasing tickets via TryBooking.

If a guests is no longer able to attend, you must notify the school in writing by emailing events@elwood.vic.edu.au.

Please include “2026 Valedictory – [Graduating Student Full Name]” in the subject line and outline the reason and full name of the guest unable to attend in your email.
