ShopSMART - Floreat

Food packaging can be full of claims, numbers and ingredient lists - and it is not always clear which products are the best choice for you. The supermarket can be confusing when you're living with diabetes.

ShopSMART helps you make more confident choices at the supermarket. Learn how to read food labels, compare products and choose foods that support your diabetes and overall health.

This workshop is for all people living with diabetes.

A support person is welcome to attend. Please ensure they are registered to attend the workshop.

Full address will be provided upon booking.
