2026.2 GPT2 Challenging Patients Workshop
Location
RACGP Perth Office 20 Southport Street, West Leederville, WA, 6007
About
This workshop is designed to support GPT2 registrars in managing challenging consultations and complex patient interactions commonly encountered in general practice.
Through facilitated discussions, case-based learning and practical activities, registrars will explore strategies for managing difficult conversations, setting professional boundaries, responding to challenging behaviours, and maintaining patient-centred care in complex situations. The workshop also provides an opportunity to strengthen communication skills, clinical reasoning, and confidence when navigating sensitive or high-pressure consultations.
Registrars will engage with experienced Medical Educators and peers in a supportive learning environment, encouraging reflection, shared learning, and practical application to everyday practice.
Please only select one day to attend this workshop.
