CWA of NSW State Conference Gala Dinner 2027

The Gala Dinner will be held at the Hellenic Club of Canberra on the evening of Wednesday 5 May, 2027.
Gala Dinner tickets must be purchased in advance.
The ticket price is $45.00 per person for Main + Dessert plus $0.50 booking fee, excluding all beverages.
Tickets are non-refundable and GST inclusive.
Theme will be announced closer to the date.
Alternate main menu below:
• Pan-Fried Salmon, tarragon and chive pesto, potato mousse, chardonnay dill caper veloute (GF)
• Grilled Sirloin, fine herb butter, fennel, green apple slaw, roasted chat potatoes, red wine jus (GF)
Alternate dessert incl. tea/coffee:
- Coconut Pannacotta, roasted coconut Malibu cake, passionfruit coulis
- Warm Chocolate Fondant, vanilla icecream
Gluten Free and Vegetarian options are available.
