Cristal Clear Sounds welcomes you for an evening of gentle sounds which will leave you calm-setting you up for a restful sleep.

We will commence at 7pm-please aim to arrive 10 minutes prior to settle in. Doors will open at 6.40pm.
There is plenty of off street parking at the venue.
Please bring:
~ Something thick to lay on (blanket/mat/towel)
~ Blankets to cover you or a sleeping bag
~ Cushion/pillow for head and under knees
~ Eye pillow/sleeping mask/scarf to cover eyes
~ Whatever you need for ultimate comfort
Laying on the floor for an hour can get a bit uncomfortable so extra blankets, sleeping bags and thicker mats are very welcome.
Your temperature will drop as you start to relax so please rug up!
Don't forget a drink bottle-I find I can be really thirsty after sound sessions!
