When Knight Nirelle and her squire, Kaelen, are chosen to embark on a quest to discover the Secret of the Sword, neither can imagine what the Fates have in store for them. Crossing paths with eclectic mages and skilled enemies, their journey will test their courage and loyalty to each other. What will they choose? Forgiveness . . . or revenge?
