Heart Dance is a free-form dance journey set to an exquisitely curated soundscape traversing many musical genres. In a world that so often pulls us away from ourselves, this is a place to return to the present moment through a joyful, deeply embodied movement practice.

There are no choreographed moves. We dance to express whatever is moving through us - light or heavy, tender or wild. As we drop into our feet, our breath, and the beat, the dance floor becomes a shared space of healing, connection, and rejuvenation.
Movement heals. Presence empowers.

This is a safe, grounded, and expansive space. All abilities are welcome. No moves to learn, no pressure - just you, the music, and the joy of a collective dance journey.

Liat Lev is one of Australia’s pioneering Conscious Dance teachers, with over 25 years of experience. Her classes, workshops, and dance events have inspired a vibrant Conscious Dance community Australia wide, guiding thousands of dancers on transformative dance journeys. Liat is a trained dancer, dance-therapist, has collaborated with the NYC Ballet, has worked for Gabrielle Roth and mentors Conscious Dance facilitators worldwide through Open Floor International.
