As a parallel event to the exhibition 'Here comes the Bride', being mounted in the Maling Heritage Centre, by the Surrey Hills Historical Society and the Canterbury History Group, this daytime event will give attendees the chance to discover more about the history of bridal gowns and wedding traditions and the changes that have evolved over time.
With excellent speakers and presenters and a light lunch, the event will be held at the Canterbury Neighbourhood Centre. Please arrive by 10.45am for registration.
