2026 Year 12 Valedictory

Wheelers Hill Secondary College warmly invites our Year 12 students, parents, carers and teachers to attend the 2026 Year 12 Valedictory Evening.

Tickets: Year 12 parents can apply any unallocated CSEF, SSB or other available school credits towards their child's Valedictory ticket.
Please contact the School Office on 9561 5811 to arrange the use of your credits.

Please note: Please ensure that you have purchased your student ticket through Compass first prior to purchasing any additional tickets.
Parent/Carer tickets will be sold separately through TryBooking. Families will be able to allocate their graduating student to their booking and purchase up to 3 additional tickets per family.

Includes:
Pre-dinner canapés and drinks from 6pm
Three-course meal including wine and beer
Live entertainment
Photo booth
Photographer
Photos of guests and families will be taken on arrival, as well as table photos throughout the evening. Photographs will be available for purchase on the night.

Table Bookings:
As part of the ticket purchasing process, families will be asked to select their preferred table when booking through TryBooking. Each family may purchase up to 3 guest tickets, in addition to one student ticket, allowing each family to have a total of 4 seats allocated together. We kindly ask families to carefully select their preferred table at the time of booking. This will help us organise seating arrangements smoothly.

If you would like to sit with particular families, we recommend coordinating your bookings in advance and selecting the same table when purchasing tickets.

Please note: Once a table is full, no additional seats can be added.
