Receiving and viewing your videos

Once you've purchased your videos online, you will receive another email from Glint Media once your videos are ready to access. Videos will generally be available within three weeks following the concert, or within three weeks of your order date for late orders.

Your videos will be available to watch and download online via a secure link and login, which will be emailed to each video purchaser.

Once available, you can browse, select and watch your videos on demand- similar to using an online streaming service such as Netflix. Watch your videos on any mobile device, computer or TV (via casting or a compatible Smart TV app), wherever you have an internet connection.

Your videos will remain in your MediaZilla online streaming account, so you can watch them whenever you like, from wherever you are.

IMPORTANT: If you have an existing account with MediaZilla containing videos from previous concerts we recommend you place any further orders using the same email address registered to that account so your videos will be added to the same library. Videos cannot be transferred from one account/library to another once they have been delivered.
