Paint Your Pet Portrait Workshop - Oodle & Ink Studio

If you've got a phone full of photos of your dog, your cat, your bunny - whoever it is that runs your household - this one's for you! 🐾

Before the workshop, we'll trace a photo of your pet onto your 20 x 20cm canvas, so when you arrive you can grab a seat, pick up a paintbrush and get straight into the fun.

We'll guide you through it step by step: starting with the background, then working into the fur, colours and little details, right down to the eyes. That's usually the moment it really starts looking like them!

No art experience needed! We'll be there to help you the whole way, and you'll leave with your very own hand-painted portrait of your pet, ready to proudly hang at home.

And because half the fun is talking about our pets, make sure your phone is stocked with plenty of photos to swap with the other pet lovers at your table!

A couple of practical bits: Your pet doesn't need to come along. The workshop is all done from a photo, so they can happily stay home while you paint them.

After you book, we'll email you to ask for a clear photo of your pet so we can prepare your canvas before the workshop. A well-lit, close-up photo with their face and eyes clearly visible works best. Please send through your pet photo by Friday, 9 October 2026 so we have plenty of time to prepare your canvas for the workshop.

We'll also have tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits on hand, so just bring yourself and settle in for a relaxed evening of painting.
