Fiona Smith
Witness in the Workplace
In virtue of our Baptism we are called to give silent and spoken witness to our Christian faith. Join Fiona to hear her personal faith story, and her experience of living out her faith in her profession as a cardiac nurse for over 25 years, as well as tips for doing the same in your own life, especially in the workplace.

Sr Anastasia, OP
Praying with Your Family (Including those who don't go to Church!)
When we have encountered Christ in a personal way we long to share that with others. If we belong to Christian family praying together is a powerful way to strengthen the faith of each one. However, praying with family members who seem far from Christ - whether our spouse and children, or grandchildren, nieces, nephews, siblings, cousins or in-laws -can also be a gentle and simple way to inspire faith. This workshop will include time to pray as well as practical tips for grounding family life and relationships in divine love and prayer.

Sr Susanna, OP
Discerning God's Will in Our Daily Lives
So often we turn to God, seeking guidance and direction, and we find it so hard to hear his voice! This breakout session will explore what we mean by God's will and how we can better understand and trust in his loving plan. We will discuss some practical ways that we can know what God wants for us and for our loved ones, and how to grow into the confident freedom that is ours as his beloved daughters.

Sr Joanna Marie, OP
Be Not Afraid: The Graces Awaiting You in Confession

Confession! To some, it's balm on a heavy heart; to others, it's a terrifying concept. Many people stay away from this Sacrament for all sorts of reasons. Yet this Sacrament is a fruit of Christ's sacrifice on the Cross and an essential element for growth in holiness. In this breakout, we examine the Heart of the Father and His attitude to confession; the spiritual graces that accompany a good confession, and why you don't want to miss out on this amazing Sacrament.
