MANDATORY BRIEFING AND SITE INSPECTION (COMPLETED)
It is mandatory for all Tenderers to undertake this site visit to inspect the site location, to verify existing conditions, surrounds and site constraints to obtain an understanding of how proposed works may be undertaken. Tuesday 22 September 2026, from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm.
NON - MANDATORY SITE INSPECTION (COMPLETED)
This second site inspection is NOT Mandatory for Tenderers to attend and is an additional site visit if needed to ascertain any final inspection and/or confirmation of existing site conditions and constraints. Thursday 1 October 2026 from 10:00 – 11:00 am.

This additional site inspection is NOT Mandatory for Tenderers to attend and is an additional site visit if needed to ascertain any final inspection and/or confirmation of existing site conditions and constraints. Council has arranged for Potential Tenderers to inspect the site on Thursday 6 October 2026 from 2:00 – 3:00 pm.
Visits will commence from the GESAC foyer.
All communications regarding this project MUST be submitted via Council's eTendering Portal, and the Communications tab for this project please.
