Gather around the table for our first Hillcrest Long Table, celebrating spring at Hillcrest Farm Loddon Valley.
The Hillcrest Long Table is designed around the simple pleasure of good food, local wine and gathering together in a beautiful rural setting.
For Bloom, our spring edition, just 48 guests will share a relaxed three-course dinner inspired by the season.
Your evening begins with a glass of Black Wallaby Madelyn Sparkling Rosé on arrival, before settling in around the long table for a generous shared meal.
The menu
To Start
Whipped feta, farmhouse rillette, and seasonal pickles with crusty bread
Main Event
Slow-Roasted Lamb Shoulder with rosemary, garlic and lemon with Hillcrest salsa verde, roasted baby potatoes, broccolini and green beans with lemon and toasted almonds
Sweet Finish
A silky lemon posset served with fresh seasonal strawberries for a bright, refreshing finish
Black Wallaby will be pouring their local wines throughout the evening, available to purchase by the glass or bottle. Beer and non-alcoholic drinks will also be available.
Live acoustic music will provide the soundtrack as daylight gives way to sunset and the evening settles in beneath the festoon lights.

This is a ticketed event and bookings are essential. Numbers are limited to 48 guests.
Gluten Free and Vegetarian options available. Please advise us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate them, but not all requirements may be able to be accommodated.
Hillcrest is a working farm with unsealed and uneven surfaces. Please dress for the weather and rural conditions.
