MECS Presents an Evening with Karen Young

Location
About
Join renowned psychologist Karen Young for an engaging workshop that explores behaviour, big feelings, and self-regulation, giving parents practical, evidence-based strategies to help children build emotional resilience, confidence, and wellbeing
The evening will start at 6pm for a community sausage sizzle on the secondary basketball court, followed by Karen’s parent session.
While parents attend Karen’s session, school-aged children can be supervised at our movie night!
This event is open to the wider community, so feel free to invite friends, family members and other parents!
Please note: movie supervision is available for MECS students only.
We look forward to sharing a great evening of connection, conversation and practical parenting insights.
