A Pasta Tour is a journey through many of these dishes and traditions, exploring how geography and culture have shaped the pasta dishes that come from each of Italy’s regions.
Written by Pia Gava, cook, author and former MasterChef contestant, A Pasta Tour invites you to taste your way down the Italian peninsula. This is a celebration of Italy’s most beloved food, and the people and places that make it.

Jenna Lo Bianco will be in converation with Pia Gava and Pausa Pranzo owner Mauro Sanna will share his pasta passion and expertise. Enjoy a pasta demonstration and tasting of 4 pasta shapes will be provided. Attendees can purchase book copies on the night and have them signed by Pia.
