Celebrate the end of 2026 with us on the 31st December in Sala Venezia with a 4-course dinner and entertainment.

• Oyster w/salmon caviar & pickled shallots, scallop gratin, king fish cerviche & passion fruit cup.
PRIMO
• Risotto prawns, asparagus, saffron poach prawns.
SECONDI
• Prosciutto wrapped eye fillet, potato & sweet terrine, parsnip puree, port jus & yarra valley tomato salsa.
DOLCE
• Chocolate Tart, couli, macaron, marsala crisps & lemon balm.
Total Ticket Price is the ticket value plus 50c per ticket plus 2.5% card transaction fee.
