NB: DAY 1-2026 of the 2026 Administration Professional Development (18/06/2026) is a prerequisite for Day 2.
This full-day program is open to experienced and new Administrative Employees (HSUA 1A-HSUA 2), across all sites and departments who have completed Day 1-26 of the Administration PD Program, including those whose equivalent Non-Clinical and Health Support roles include substantial administrative tasks.
A broad range of topics to assist in developing business knowledge and administrative practice at SVHM will be facilitated by Subject Matter Experts across the day.
Topics include:
- Employee relations
- Addressing team performance issues
- Conflict resolution
- Handle challenging situations positively.
