Melbourne Cup Luncheon 2026

Get ready for a fabulous day of friendship, fashion and fun at our Melbourne Cup fundraising luncheon — Cup Day, Dolly Style!

With the theme “Big hair. Big hearts. Big day out.”, this year’s luncheon celebrates Dolly’s unmistakable glamour, generous spirit and extraordinary commitment to helping children learn and thrive. Following her wonderful example, the Rotary Club of Colac Otway will raise funds to support our Books for Bubs, Books for Beginners and youth programs, helping local children and young people get the best possible start.

Gather your friends, dress to impress and enjoy delicious 2 course meal, welcome glass of bubbles, wonderful company, race-day entertainment and a little country sparkle! There will be sweeps, raffles and plenty of fun throughout the afternoon — all while raising funds for projects that make a meaningful difference in our community.

Tickets are $65 per person, so round up your favourite people and book early to avoid missing out! If you would like to arrange a table with friends, please email info@colacotwayrotary.org.au. Tables can be reserved for groups of four or more; simply include the names of everyone you would like seated together.

For the serious punters, the TAB will be open in the club and drinks are available at bar prices.
