Catering package: $1,240
The additional $250 reflects the preparation and service of a second paella, including the additional paella pan, burner setup and separate ingredients required to prepare and cook both varieties onsite.
This allows us to cook the seafood and chicken & chorizo paellas separately and serve both fresh from their own pans.
50% deposit: $620
Remaining balance: $620, payable by 25 September 2026
