About
Jo March doesn't want to be like other girls. In fact, she's not even sure she wants to be a girl.
She's ambitious, rough around the edges and certain she'll be a great novelist. She knows what she wants from life. Or at least, she thinks she does.
Jo isn't the only one trying to find her way. As America is torn apart by Civil War, she and her sisters Meg, Beth and Amy face love, loss, money and society's expectations, testing the ties that hold their family together.
This brand-new version of Little Women keeps the spirit of Alcott's original while bringing Jo and her sisters into a new era.
How do you stay true to yourself when the world wants you to become a perfect little woman?
By Kate Hamill (based on the novel by Louisa May Alcott)
Evening performances 7.30pm 5th - 6th and 12th and 13th August 2027
Matinee performance 2.00pm Saturday 7th - 14th August 2027
