  • 11:00am

  • 11:45am

  • 12:30pm

  • The 1:45pm train is reserved for a private booking only.

Each ticket is valid for one train ride only.

Please arrive at the Museum at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Trains cannot be held for late arrivals. If you miss your scheduled departure, we will endeavour to accommodate you on a later service, subject to available seats.

We cannot guarantee that groups will be seated together. We recommend arriving early if you wish to sit together.

Companion Card:

If you are booking for a Companion Card holder and their companion carer, you must select one full-fare ticket and one Companion Card ticket. The Companion Card ticket is $5. The Companion Card must be presented at Museum Reception on arrival.

Wheelchair Access:

Wheelchair spaces are strictly limited two wheelchairs per train ride (each in each compartment).

If you require wheelchair access, please ensure you select the wheelchair ticket option when booking.

Online Bookings & Walk-Up Tickets:

Online bookings generally close the evening before the event, unless the event has already sold out.

If TryBooking shows the event as “Closed”, please check our Facebook page for the latest information regarding any remaining tickets.

Any unsold online tickets may be released for walk-up sales on the day, on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is not guaranteed.

Changes, Transfers & Refunds:

Please select your departure time carefully when booking.

Bookings cannot be transferred to another train departure or another Museum service.

Refunds are only available if the entire train ride/event is cancelled by the Museum. Individual missed departures, changes of plans or late arrival do not qualify for a refund.

If an error is made by the Museum in relation to your booking, we will arrange a refund, less any applicable TryBooking fees.

Assistance Dogs:

Guide Dogs and other registered Assistance Dogs are welcome at the Museum.

Unfortunately, other pets are not permitted onsite.

Before You Book:

Please ensure you have read the full Event Terms and Conditions displayed during the TryBooking checkout process before completing your purchase.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept the event conditions.

Scam Watch:

Only purchase tickets directly through this official TryBooking event page.

Do not purchase tickets from individuals, unofficial sellers, social media posts or other third-party websites.

The Museum cannot assist with tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers or third parties, and such tickets may not be valid for entry.
