About
Midlife can bring changes to our energy, sleep, mood, metabolism, hormones and long-term health, often all at once.
Yet women are frequently left trying to make sense of conflicting advice, disconnected symptoms and an ever-growing list of things they feel they should be doing.
A Reset Salon: An Evening with The Health Edit is an evening of honest conversation about what it really means to navigate health after 40.
Join author, health educator and naturopath Susan Hunter for a Q & A and panel conversation with women over 40, sharing their lived experiences of midlife health. Hear about the questions they have asked, the challenges they have faced and what they have learned along the way.
Susan will also discuss the ideas behind her new book, The Health Edit: Where to Start and What to Change for Women Over 40.
Together, we’ll explore:
* Why health can suddenly feel more complicated in midlife
* How to decide what deserves your attention first
* When symptoms need further investigation
* How to make meaningful health changes without turning wellness into another full-time job
This isn’t a lecture or a list of more rules to follow. It’s a thoughtful, welcoming conversation designed to help women feel more informed, less overwhelmed and more confident about what comes next.
Whether you’ve read The Health Edit or are simply curious about navigating your health after 40, you’re warmly invited to join us.
