From 20th to the 22nd of November 2026 (Friday and Saturday Nights)
This year we have different pricing for Cabins and Tents. Price is $160pp for a spot in cabin, $125pp to stay in your tent. PLEASE BOOK a ticket for all people attending, as pricing is PER PERSON.
Note that Cabins sleep 6, so you have 2 options. Book the tickets you need and let us allocate you into a shared cabin. Or book 6 cabin tickets and divvy these up with another family. We are open to requests to be paired with another family, but we can't guarantee this. Cabin beds are limited in number, so we need to squeeze as many into the cabins as possible.
As was last year, the event is not catered, so its BYO food. There is a huge indoor commercial kitchen with stoves, ovens, grills etc, as well as a number of BBQs that we can use to cook. There is also an enormous walk in Fridge to store your supplies.
