About

What if the way you love yourself could change the way you live?

We give so much love, care and attention to the people around us. But how often do we consciously give that same love, care and attention to ourselves?

P.S. I Love Me Too is a three-hour in-person self-love experience for women. An afternoon to slow down, reconnect with yourself, remember what you want, appreciate who you are, and explore what it could look like to practise self-love in the way you live every day.

Through guided reflection, conversation and coaching exercises, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• reconnect with yourself and appreciate more of who you are
• get clearer about what you actually want
• explore something in your life that carries emotional charge and see it from a different perspective
• consider what self-love could look like in the choices you make and the way you live
• connect with other women, enjoy afternoon tea, and spend a few hours giving your time, energy and attention back to you

You’ll always be invited to participate in a way that feels comfortable for you, with space for both personal reflection and shared conversation.

Self-love is something we practise.

It’s in the way we speak to ourselves.
The way we treat ourselves when we make a mistake.
The permission we give ourselves to want.
The way we appreciate ourselves.
The space we make for ourselves in our own lives.
The choices we make about what we’ll accept, what we’ll change and what we’ll create.

My intention is for you to leave the afternoon feeling lighter, more connected to yourself and more appreciative of who you are, with greater clarity about what you want and a fresh perspective on something in your life.

Because loving yourself isn’t just about being able to say:

“I love myself.”

It’s about living in a way that says:

“I love me too.”
